Preparation of Drawing

  • Based on your requirement of load detail in HP/KW along with location detail in proposed shed/ site plant.
  • We will prepare the SLD as per IEE rules and safety measures along with nature of work with the following.
    • Based on total load & demand requirement we will select substations & accessories.
    • Generator< to be decided for full load or essential load with total HP required from your end
    • For LT side MV panel to decide standby supply i,e Genset , power as per your requirement we have to design with interlocking or automatic power on/off.
    • Busduct Selection to be decided maximum of 4000 amps rating with multiple arrangements
    • Sub panels, MCC's, PCB's, PDBS to be decided location wise with rating of motor, along with starter selection as per your requirement with 20-30% additional spare provision.
    • AFPC panel to be decided based on your load factor.
    • UG cables to be decided based on rating and length of the cable like cable voltage drop should be less than 2 volts
    • Lighting & Lightening Installation :- Design to be as per your nature of work inside the factory and yard lighting based on lux recommended as per norms like LDB's switch boards, point of wiring, light fitting models.
    • Earthing :- Design will be planned with rating and dedicated earthing with the following :-
      • Transformer neutral earthing
      • Genset Neutral earthing
      • General body earthing
      • UPS or special earthing
      • Lightning conductor earthing

CEA/ CEIG Co-ordination

Based on your final confirmation on electrical drawings we will coordinate with electrical inspectorate to get drawing approvals and also coordinate with Rule 63 Inspection to avail safety certificate.

APSPDCL Co-ordination

We will coordinate to avail temporary supply based on your requirement like LT or HT supply. We will coordinate to get the approval for demand load in KVA. We do coordinate the execution of structure 11/33KV complete work up to power availing from them.

Project Installation

Our Infrastructure to execute the following works : 11/33 KV, DP or 4P structure associated work, Genset installation, panel installation, UG caballing, complete lighting wiring and earthing work.

SCOPE OF WORK – Maintenance

Electro-mechanical

  • Checking HT breakers and all tripping devices like over current relay & earth fault relay
  • Transformers - upkeep of HT/LT end terminations, maintaining oil levels in the transformer periodically, check on the silica-gel to ensure optimal oil condition, carry out oil filtration if and when required at periodical intervals; Oil acidity test once in a year or BDV - break down voltage tests < 40 kvA if required
  • Periodic servicing of HT/LT breakers - OCB / ACB / VCB
  • Check on the main incoming panels, power distribution boards and power control circuits
  • Check of EB meters to ensure that there is no excess billing
  • Necessary liaison with the local EB personnel at all levels, to ensure smooth and regular supplies to all the installations.
  • Maintenance and upkeep of cabling end terminations / upkeep of lugs and supports
  • Lighting and power controls and its accessories
  • Internal and External Light fixtures
  • Checking on the current, voltage, power factor and kilo watt hour meter (consumption) etc., in tune with the load and by maintaining the necessary log books for all the readings indicated
  • Checking the service meters for the lift panels / water pump-set panels and all other common area power measurement installations

Office Premises

  • Check for the condition of all the bulbs, tubes, starters, chokes, capacitor ratings etc and arrange for the necessary replacements time and again; ensure that all replacements are of the approved quality.
  • Check fans / exhaust fans and ascertain if rewinding may be required - if so, then carry out the rewinding and as and when required, arrange for stand-by or decide on the need for replacements based on the utility condition of the fans.
  • Maintain the supply for all lighting and power DB's, A/C unit panels (Window or otherwise), Incoming supply for the UPS, Check the battery in the UPS regularly and to keep a regular track of the readings.
  • To maintain invertors, panels with batteries to ensure a regular power supply
  • Check and carry out the necessary servicing of geysers water heater, all pantry area equipment and any other power driven installation in the premises
  • Audio-Video Installations: Maintain the Audio/Video equipment and check all the related cabling on a regular basis. Co-ordinate with the supplier of the installation in case of repairs/replacements in the installations.
  • Public address system: Maintain the equipment and check all the related cabling on a regular basis. Co-ordinate with the supplier of the installation in case of repairs/replacements in the installations

Common Area

  • Check for the condition of all the bulbs, tubes, starters, chokes, capacitor ratings etc and arrange for the necessary replacements time and again; ensure that all replacements are of the approved quality.
  • Check fans / exhaust fans and ascertain if rewinding may be required - if so, then carry out the rewinding and as and when required, arrange for stand-by or decide on the need for replacements based on the utility condition of the fans.
  • Maintain the supply for all lighting and power DB's, A/C unit panels (Window or otherwise), Incoming supply for the UPS, Check the battery in the UPS regularly and to keep a regular track of the readings.

  • Maintain the power supply for all panels, fire control systems, lifts, A/C plants, Water pumps etc.,

Generators & Stabilizers

  • During the warranty / AMC period of the Generators & Stabilizers, our responsibilities will include co-ordination with the manufacturer/supplier and ensure
  • Test and check the supply every morning for 15 - 20 minutes
  • Check for the levels of diesel, coolant oil, water, battery acid and distilled water
  • Periodical preventive maintenance, which will include AMF panel connections, oil servicing, battery checks, overall of the engine and alternator
  • To attend the emergency break down we organize major spare which required and suggested by the supplier
  • Arrange stand-by generators if necessary
  • The reading of the stabilizer should have to check daily and also the stabilizer carbon brush.
  • Monthly Preventive maintenance which will include check of control circuit wiring, variac, heavy-duty transformers and the control fuses.

Routine checks in electrical installations

  • All daily checks necessary
  • Overhauling of the HT/LT breakers in the transformers and oil filtration once a year
  • Service earth fault relay, Over current and control tripping circuit related check in tune with the nature of load at site and maintain appropriate settings ratio as a percentage of the load
  • Check the earth resistance value in the Earth pits and ensure a minimum resistance level of 5 ohms
  • Voltage drop test for the Power and lighting control panel & Resistance test of LT cables (LT panel to main switch), checking with the reports, Voltage drop test for the LT panel.
  • Earth continuity test of all the DB's, Power and Lighting plug points, UPS points etc
  • Tightening of LT panel, bus bar, incoming and outgoing cable connections, power, lighting and plug points connections
  • Maintain all the EPABX related cabling and wiring, ensure the continuity and working condition of the cabling and all telephone instruments, MDF distribution boxes etc
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE

The Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) takes care of preventive maintenance. The AMC ensures longevity of Components, trouble-free operations and lower downtime. Services include scheduled inspection & scheduled maintenance of the plant. Following activities are carried out during plant AMC.

  • Up-keeping of plant
  • Housekeeping around the area
  • Responsible for Process Maintenance :- Operate & maintain the treatment plants as per the defined Standard.

Responsible for maintaining final quality of treated effluent well within Pollution Control Board (PCB) Standards subject to no change in design parameters via: no increase in flow rate or change in effluent quality should happen. Monthly once up-dating the ETP performance status.

Submission of treated effluent samples once in a month for testing a maintaining proper out ward register dully signed by Concern Industry including proper code/labeling of samples. Maintaining relevant log sheets and Maintenance schedule records. Responsible for preventive maintenance including oiling, greasing, etc. (major breakdowns will be client scope or reimbursed). Responsible for inventory planning of spares of all installed equipments.

We are also reputed in Electrical Annual Maintenance Contract, Erection and commissioning of HT Transformers, DG set, Furnace Transformers, Control Panels, etc. We have well-qualified and experienced engineers and supervisors in our project division who possess valid B & C license. All our employees are covered under WOC schemes. In addition to this they are also covered under Insurance scheme. We are having adequate machineries, tools & tackles and testing equipments for carrying out project works and other works.
